1^st NORM - PURPOSE
This contest is organised by Alquiler de Coches Victoria S.L., company domiciled in Avda. Generalitat Valenciana nº1, 03710 Calpe (Alicante - Spain), registered under tax number B-03140670, from now on referred to as the COMPANY.

2^nd NORM - DURATION
The contest starts on June 23th 2008 and finishes on September 14th 2008.

3^td NORM - RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE
Every physical person who is of legal age and has rented a car from the COMPANY within the period of the contest’s duration can participate in the contest if the conditions of the 4th NORM THE CONTEST’S PROCEEDINGS are complied. The participation is free. Individuals who are bound by contract of employment to the COMPANY or one of the companies of the Victoria Group are not allowed to participate in the contest (neither can their first degree relatives).

4^th NORM - CONTEST’S PROCEEDINGS
The following steps have to be undertaken to participate:

Option A:
1. Enter to the website www.victoriacars.com.
2. Access the micro site www.victoriapromociones.com
3. Fill in the registration form with all the required data (it is indispensable for participating in the contest to complete the data requested above and that the data is true, accurate, current and authentic).

Option B:
Fill out the registration card you will find attached to the promotion information the COMPANY will leave in the rental car (it is mandatory for participating of the contest to complete all the requested data and that the information you provide is true, accurate, current and authentic).
Whether option A or option B is selected, the participant has to present in any case himself/ herself at the COMPANY’S main office, located at the location mentioned in 1st NORM – PURPOSE.
To obtain any of the prizes of this contest it will be necessary that the participant joins a person of the COMPANY to a physical place where the contest’s proceeding will be realised, to check if the participant is or is not a winner of one of the prizes.

All information about the granted prizes and the announcement of the fortunate participant/s will be updated regularly on the site www.victorpapromociones.com.

5^th NORM - PRIZES

Prize C: 1 Dinner for two persons at the restaurant LaGonda. The participant will have the chance to be given a dinner for 2 persons at the restaurant LaGonda each week till the end of the contest (2nd NORM - DURATION). The COMPANY will place weekly at the contest’s disposal 2 dinner of this kind. The winner of this prize will be able to realise the dinner any day within the period of the duration of the contest’s validity (2nd NORM - DURATION), depending always on the restaurant’s opening hours and availability during this period.

Prize B: Car hire for 1 week: There will be a lottery drawing taken place between all participants (3rd NORM - RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE) during the validity of the contest (2nd NORM DURATION) at the attendance of a notary for three prizes of this kind. Each prize will consist of a free car hire of group C for one week during November 2008 and February 2009, both months included. The consumption of this prize will depend on the car availability of the COMPANY during the dates selected by the winner. At the same time the COMPANY will be given other alternatives during the above-mentioned months to provide the prize.

Prize A: 1 week of free accommodation in aparthotel for 2 persons, inclusive a free car hire. There will be a lottery drawing taken place at the attendance of a notary among all participants (3rd NORM - RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE), between all licence plates of the COMPANY’s vehicle fleet. The unique prize includes free accommodation in an aparthotel for 2 persons as well as a free car hire for one week.

The consumption of this prize will take place at the Aparthotel Victoria BEACH and will only include the accommodation. The rental car will be one of group C. The period of consumption of this prize is limited from November 2008 till February 2009, both months included.
The consumption of this prize will depend on the apartment and car availability of the COMPANY during the dates selected by the winner. At the same time the COMPANY will be given other alternatives during the above-mentioned months to provide the prize.

All prizes are personal and non-transferable. The prize cannot be paid in cash in any case. The prizes cannot be accumulated and the winner of a prize will be excluded automatically from the possibility to access any other prize.

6^th NORM - LOTTERY DRAWING
The lottery drawing of the prizes B and A will be realised at the 18th of September 2008 at the attendance of Calpe’s notary María Jesús Valencia Martín.

The winner will be selected by chance out of all participants who complied the requirements of participation related to the 4th NORM and sent to us during the valid period of the contest mentioned in the 2nd NORM.

The winner will be informed the very same day of the drawing by phone or email indicated at the online form or the participation card. In case it won’t be possible to contact the winner within the next 72 hours, the turn will pass on to the winner kept in reserve in the same order like they were selected by the notary.
The winner’s name, surname and pictures of the prize ceremony will be published on www.victoriapromociones.com and the media the COMPANY will consider in its interest.

7^th NORM - THE CONTEST’S NORMS
The norms of the present contest can be consulted at any time at the notary’s office of María Jesús Valencia Martín in Calpe.
A non-fulfilment of any of the norms will lead to the immediate exclusion of the participation in the contest.
The participation in the contest implies the acceptance of these norms and of the judgement of the COMPANY to resolve any controversy that may arise in connection with the contest’s performance.

The COMPANY reserves the right to change at any time the conditions of this contest, including its early termination, always when a justified cause occurs, promising to communicate the new norms, conditions or the termination of the contest, the latter with necessary anticipation and publicity.

8^th NORM – PRIVACY
The created data base will belong from the beginning of the contest to the COMPANY. As owner of the data base, the COMPANY is responsible for this file and guarantees the fulfilment of the norms in reference of the Protection of Personal Data, in accordance with the Organic Law 15/1999 from December the 13th about the Protection of Personal Data. The COMPANY has implemented the sufficient security measures to guarantee the safety and confidentiality for automated handling of the data considered as personal as laid down in the Organic Law of Protection of Personal Data.
Participation in this contest implies the acceptance of its norms and your consent that your personal data can be incorporated at an automated file, whose creation has been duly notified to the Spanish Agency for Data Protection.
